Comparison of firearm and ammunition law in the Czech and Slovak Republic
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá legislativou v oblasti zbraní a střeliva, která je platná na území ČR a SR. Práce shrnuje zbraňovou legislativu od roku 1989 až po současnost. Součástí práce je pohled na právní úpravu EU v oblasti zbraní a střeliva. Práce si klade za cíl objasnit shody a odlišnosti, upozornit na sporná místa v posuzovaných zákonech a navrhnout možné úpravy zákona.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with legislation in the area of weapons and ammunition, which is valid in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The thesis summarizes the weapons legislation from 1989 to the present. Part of the thesis is the legislation of the European Union in the area of weapons and ammunition.
