Tato diplomová práce pojednává o institutu zaviněné nepříčetnosti. Pro uvození tématu nejprve rozebírá pojem nepříčetnosti, včetně vymezení jeho konstrukčních prvků. Hlavní část je pak věnována trestnému činu opilství a institutům actio libera in causa dolosa a culposa. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the institute of culpable insanity. To introduce the topic, it first analyses the issue of insanity, including the definition of its structural elements. The main part is then devoted to the crime of drunkenness and the institutes of action libera in causa dolosa and cuplosa.
