Rozpracovaní aktuálni české úpravy práv duševného vlastníctva s poukázaním takisto na európske smernice, ktoré sa stávajú súčasťou právneho poriadku v procese harmonizácie komunitárneho práva s národným právom všetkých členských štátov Európskej únie.
Abstract:
Development of actual czech adaptation rights of spiritual ownership with showing also european directions which became a part of legal rules in process of harmonisation communities láw with nation law of all members states of EU.
