Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zaměřená na téma ošetřovné se zabývá analýzou problematiky ošetřovného, podmínkami nároku na ošetřov-né, jeho vyměřováním, vyplácením a definováním, jakým způsobem a kde lze o tuto dávku žádat. Součástí bakalářské práce je charakteristika sociálního zabezpečení v České republice a právní úprava dlouhodobé-ho ošetřovného. V neposlední řadě je v práci rozebrána problematika krizového ošetřovného v době pandemie, jeho účel a změny nároku na vyplacení této dávky pro zaměstnance i pro OSVČ. Cílem mé práce je zmapování aktuální právní úpravy zákona v oblasti ošetřovného, jeho zhodnocení a návrh právní úpravy de lega ferenda a návrhy změn zaměřených právě na možnou podporu OSVČ při nepříznivých životních situacích.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focused on the topic of nursing care deals with the analysis of the nursing care issue, the requirement for entitle-ment to nursing care, its detection, reimbursement, and definition of how and where this benefit can be applied for. Part of the bachelor's thesis is the characteristics of social security in the Czech Republic, the legal regulation of long-term nursing. At the end of the thesis, it deals with the issue of crisis nursing during a pandemic situation, its pur-pose, and changes in the right to payment of this benefit for employees and self-employed. The aim of my work is to map the current legislation of the nursing law, its evaluation, and the draft legislation de lege ferenda and the reg-ulation focused on the possible support of self-employed in adverse life situations.
