Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vztahu mezi posttraumatickým růstem a schopností učit se napříč životem a být otevřen novému a neznámému. Téma je klíčové v kontextu lidské psychiky a rozvoje po traumatických zážitcích. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím analýzy dostupných studií a vlastního výzkumu identifikovat možné spojitosti mezi posttraumatickým růstem a schopností neustále se učit a adaptovat na nové situace. Práce zahrnuje revizi literatury, provádění dotazníkového šetření v kontextu stanovených hypotéz, sběr a analýzu získaných dat. Práce si klade za cíl přispět k hlubšímu porozumění psychologických mechanismů, které mohou hrát klíčovou roli v procesu posttraumatického růstu a jeho vlivu na schopnost jedince otevírat se novým výzvám a neznámým zkušenostem. Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou mít praktické využití pro vzdělávací a psychologickou praxi, zejména v oblasti podpory jednotlivců procházejících traumatem. Klíčovým přínosem bude také posílení povědomí o tom, jak trauma může formovat schopnost učit se a přizpůsobovat se novým životním situacím.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on exploring the relationship between post-traumatic growth and the ability to learn across the lifespan and be open to the new and unknown. The topic is crucial in the context of the human psyche and development after traumatic experiences. The aim of this thesis is to identify possible links between posttraumatic growth and the ability to continually learn and adapt to new situations through an analysis of available studies and my own research. The work includes literature review, conducting a questionnaire survey in the context of the hypotheses, collection and analysis of the data. The thesis aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the psychological mechanisms that may play a key role in the process of posttraumatic growth and its impact on the individual's ability to open up to new challenges and unfamiliar experiences. The results of this work may have practical applications for educational and psychological practice, particularly in the area of supporting individuals experiencing trauma. A key contribution will also be to increase awareness of how trauma can shape the ability to learn and adapt to new life situations.
