The Motivation System in an International Business Company

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je zjistit úroveň motivace zaměstnanců společnosti NextiraOne a uplatnit získané poznatky při návrhu motivačního programu pro vybranou společnost včetně upozornění na nejčastější chyby, kterých se tato organizace dopouští. V první části práce jsou objasněny základní pojmy jako je motivace, její zdroje nebo stimulace. Následuje přehled motivačních vrstev, principů a možných vlivů na motivaci. V závěru teoretické části jsou blíže rozvedeny termíny hmotná a nehmotná motivace. V mé praktické části je nejdříve představena mezinárodní obchodní společnost, ve které jsem realizoval svůj průzkum pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku. Podstatná část je však věnována vlastnímu průzkumu, respektive interpretaci odpovědí respondentů na otázky spokojenosti, pracovní motivace a návrhu systémových opatření na zefektivnění motivačního systému.

Abstract:

The goal of my Thesis is to find out what is the level of employee motivation in NextiraOne Company and use acquired information to develop basis of motivating program with focus on elimination of current weaknesses in this area. In the first part I explain the basic conception like what does the motivation is, what its sources are or what does the stimulation means. Thereinafter I describe layers, principle and possible influences on motivation. In the end of theoretical part I describe terms of corporeal and incorporeal motivation. In my application part I firstly introduce the international business company where I made questionnaire related to the level of work motivation. I mainly focus on employee research and analysis of responses related to the satisfaction feedback. These results I used for proposal of motivation system changes to achieve better effect.
