Process Analysis of AIESEC Brno

Abstract:

Množství nestátních neziskových organizacích v České republice stále roste, proto se tato práce zaměřuje na provedení procesní analýzy jedné z nich, a to studentského spolku AIESEC Brno. AIESEC Brno skrze své oblasti nabízí svému trhu hned několik produktů jako jsou zahraniční stáže a projekty zaměřené na vzdělávání v oblasti byznysu a udržitelnosti. Na základě jednotlivých analýz se zhodnocovala konkurenceschopnost, schopnost uspokojit potřeby zákazníka, finanční situace a růst a strategie jednotlivých oblastí této organizace byly identifikovány hlavní rizika a následná doporučení pro organizaci. Pomocí dotazníkových šetření bylo zjištěno, že klienti jsou se službami AIESEC Brno velice spokojeni. Dále pak jednotlivé analýzy prokázaly, že nejúspěšnější oblastí s velkým potenciálem je Local Projects. Oblast Outgoing Global Exchanges je na základě výsledků jak z BCG matice, tak i analýzy služeb stabilní oblastí, která přináší konstantní zisky, přestože čelí velké konkurenci. Oblast Incoming Global Talent kvůli nedostatečnému inovativnímu přístupu v práci s firmami a změnám na trhu přestala generovat zisky.

Abstract:

The number of non-governmental organizations in the Czech Republic is still growing, therefore this thesis focuses on the process analysis of one of them, a student association AIESEC Brno. Through its areas, AIESEC Brno offers several products to its market, such as foreign internships and projects focused on business and sustainability education. Based on the individual analyses, the competitiveness, the ability to meet the needs of the customer, the financial situation, and the growth and strategy of each area of this organization were evaluated to identify the main risks and subsequent recommendations for the organization. Through questionnaire surveys, it was found out that clients are very satisfied with the services of AIESEC Brno. Furthermore, the individual analyses showed that the most successful area with great potential is Local Projects. Based on the results from both the BCG matrix and the service analysis, the area of Outgoing Global Exchanges is a stable area which brings constant profits despite facing a lot of competition. The Incoming Global Talent area has stopped generating profits due to a lack of innovation in approaching companies and market changes.
