Abstract:

Bezpečnostní politika státu je v současné době více než na místě. Kdo stojí za ochranou obyvatel České republiky, jak tuto službu vykonává a především, jaký je průběh přijímacího řízení do bezpečnostních sborů, je předmětem této práce. V teoretické části práce je podroben analýze zákon č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů se zaměřením na vznik a skončení služebního poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, povinnosti a omezení práv těchto příslušníků a dobu služby, odpočinku a služební pohotovost. Praktická část byla tvořena uskutečněným dotazníkovým šetřením v jednom nejmenovaném bezpečnostním sboru, jehož cílem bylo zmapování názorů přijatých uchazečů k přijímacímu řízení do bezpečnostních sborů. Odpovědi přinesly některé pochopitelné, jiné očekávané a některé naprosto neočekávané výsledky. Na základě takto zjištěných výsledků byla v úplném závěru práce vyvozena vlastní doporučení, ze kterých mohou čerpat především potenciální uchazeči k přijímacímu řízení do bezpečnostních sborů.

Abstract:

The state's security policy is currently more than appropriate. Who is behind the protection of the inhabitants of the Czech Republic, how they perform this service and especially what is the course of the admission procedure to the security forces, is the subject of this thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis is subjected to an analysis of Act No. 361/2003 Coll. The practical part consisted of a questionnaire survey conducted by an unnamed security force, the aim of which was to map the views of the accepted candidates on the admission procedure to the security forces. The answers produced some understandable, some expected and some completely unexpected results. On the basis of the results obtained in this way, own recommendations were issued at the very end of the thesis, from which potential candidates for the admission procedure to the security forces can draw in particular.
