Abstract:
V rešeršní části práce je zmíněna problematika starých ekologických zátěží, včetně způsobu jejich řešení a likvidace. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití dvou bakteriálních testů toxicity, využívajících jako testovací organismus Rhizobium meliloti a Vibrio fischeri, za účelem zjištění toxicity vzorků biodegradovaných plastů. Abstract:
In search of the work is mentioned problems of the old environmental burdens, including their solving and disposal. The practical part is focused on the usage of two bacterial toxicity tests, using Rhizobium meliloti and Vibrio fischeri as a test organism, to determine the toxicity of samples bio-degraded plastics.
