Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pracovní spokojenost pedagogů mateřských škol. Cílem práce bylo zjistit určitou míru spokojenosti pracovníků v této sféře. Dalším cílem je zjistit spokojenost dle devíti dimenzí, které stanovil Paul E. Spector. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí na teoretickou a praktickou část. This bachelor's thesis focuses on job satisfaction of teachers of kindergartens. The aim of the study is to determine a certain level of staff satisfaction in this area.
