Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem personálního controllingu a jejím hlavním cílem je návrh systému personálního controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První je část metodologická, která popisuje cíl práce a použitou metodiku. Ve druhé, teoretické, části nalezneme informace z odborné literatury a dalších relevantních zdrojů. Teoretická východiska se týkají controllingu obecně a personálního controllingu. Třetí část je praktická. Ta obsahuje analýzu současného stavu řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku se zaměřením na vymezení cílů a záměrů, silných a slabých stránek personálního oddělení i příležitostí a hrozeb, které se daného oddělení týkají. Dále pak kapitola zahrnuje samotný návrh systému personálního controllingu pro vybraný podnik.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of personnel controlling and its main goal is to design the concept of personnel controlling system in company. The thesis is divided in three parts. The first part is methodical. This part describes methods applied in the thesis. The second part is theoretical and there we can find information about controlling and personnel controlling supported by academic literature and by other relevant sources. The third section is practical. It contains analysis of the HR departure, its goals and definition of strengths and weaknesses and also opportunities and threatens. This section also contains the concept of personnel controlling system for the chosen company.
