Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popis celého procesu implementace document management systému v organizaci, která se věnuje poskytování pojišťovnických služeb občanům na území české republiky. Hlavním zaměřením praktické části je zdokumentování výběru a následné implementace systému, který usnadní zpracování dokumentů a zprůhlední nakládání s nimi.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on description of document management system implemeting in an organization dedicated to providing insurance services to citizens in Czech republic. The main focus of the practice part is document selection and subsequent implementation of a system to facilitate processing documents and transparent management.
