V této bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na fenomén burnout v učitelském povolání. V teoretické části se zabývám definováním pojmu syndrom vyhoření a vysvětlením, proč právě pedagogové patří do ohrožené skupiny lidí. Abstract:
In this thesis I focus on the burnout phenomenon of teachers. The theoretical part contains definitions of burnout syndrome and main terms like stress, stressful situations and its managing. Furthermore, it says why the teachers may be in difficult situation. It explains also how burnout originates, what its stages are and what its prevention and therapy should look like.
