Reward system of the employee - strategy and wage policy in the selected business company

Abstract:

Abstrakt Tématem této bakalářské práce je odměňování pracovníků – strategie a mzdová politika ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. V teoretické části je popsáno odměňování pracovníků, hlavní úkoly systému odměňování, mzdová politika, a metody hodnocení pracovníků. Aplikační část bakalářské práce představuje vybranou organizaci Správa a údržba silnic Jihočeského kraje p.o. Na základě výzkumného šetření uvádí způsob odměňování v organizaci, dotazníkové šetření zkoumá postoje zaměstnanců k odměňování a motivování v organizaci. Cílem je ze získaných výsledků navrhnout aktivní, účinný motivační systém naplňující principy spravedlivé odměny za vykonanou práci v návaznosti na mzdovou politiku ve vybrané organizaci.

Abstract:

Abstract The topic of this bachelor thesis is the employee remuneration – the strategy and the wages policy in the chosen company. The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated based on reference books and Internet sources. In the theoretical section the remuneration of employees, the main tasks of the remuneration system, the wages policy, and methods of evaluation of employees are described. The applied part of the thesis presents the chosen company, Management and Maintenance of Roads of the South Bohemia district, the contributory organization. Based on the research investigation it states the method of remuneration in the organization, the survey investigation examines the attitudes of employees to remuneration and motivation in the organization. The target is, based on the obtained results, to suggest an active and effective motivation system fulfilling the principles of equitable remuneration for performed work in connection to the wages policy in the organization.
