The creation of didactic aids together with pupils with specific learning disabilities at the first level of primary school and their use in the reeducation process under the guidance of special educators

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním žáků se specifickými poruchami učení (SPU) na prvním stupni základní školy v kontextu inkluzivního vzdělávání. Práce si klade za cíl podpořit rozvoj dovedností těchto žáků, kompenzovat jejich obtíže, posílit jejich sebevědomí při práci s didaktickými pomůckami a podpořit spolupráci mezi pedagogy, speciálními pedagogy a dalšími odborníky. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na základní škole, specifickým poruchám učení a možnostem jejich reedukace. V neposlední řadě se věnuje také didaktice pracovních činností. Praktická část představuje příručku Malí pomocníci pro velké pokroky, kterou jsem vytvořila pro účely této práce. Příručka obsahuje šest didaktických pomůcek, které žáci vyráběli pod vedením speciálních pedagogů. Tyto pomůcky podporují nejen vzdělávací proces, ale i rozvoj jemné motoriky, kreativního myšlení a pracovních dovedností. Součástí příručky je také Tvořivý vozík, který slouží k uchování materiálů a později hotových pomůcek a zároveň plní didaktickou funkci, například při fixaci pravopisu ú/ů. Příručka byla ověřena v praxi a na základě reflexe speciálních pedagogů je vyhodnocena její efektivita.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the education of students with specific learning disabilities (SLD) in the first stage of primary school within the context of inclusive education. The thesis aims to support the development of these student’s skills, compensate for their difficulties, enhance their self-confidence through the use of didactic aids, and promote collaboration between teachers, special educators, and other professionals. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the education of students with special educational needs at primary school, specific learning disorders, and possibilities for their reeducation. Lastly, it also addresses the didactics of practical activities. The practical part presents a handbook titled Little Helpers for Big Progress, which I created for this thesis. The handbook includes six didactic aids that students produced under the guidance of special educators. These aids support not only the educational process but also the development of fine motor skills, creative thinking, and practical skills. The handbook also features the Creativity Cart, designed for storing materials and later completed aids, while simultaneously serving a didactic function, such as reinforcing the correct use of "ú/ů" in spelling. The handbook was tested in practice and evaluated for its effectiveness based on the reflections of special educators.
