Tato práce přináší poznatky z problematiky výkonové motivace a strategií zvládání stresu. Naznačen je také vzájemný vztah těchto fenoménů. V úvodní části práce jsou uvedena teoretická východiska. The thesis deals with domains of achievement motivation and stress coping strategies. We also discuss their mutual relations. The first part is aimed at the teoretical basis of achievement motivation and stress coping strategies.
