Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku Mezigeneračního učení v kontextu dobrovolnictví. Teoretická část je složena ze tří kapitol. První část se věnuje vymezení pojmům učení a mezigenerační učení a definuje pojem generace. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vývojové etapy ontogeneze člověka z pohledu učení s důrazem na gerontagogiku. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of Intergenerational learning in the context of voluntarism. The theoretical part consists of three chapters.
