The influence of taxes to financial desicions of the concrete company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na daně České republiky a jejich vliv na finanční rozhodování podniku. Je rozdělena do šesti hlavních kapitol. První čtyři kapitoly představují teoretické poznatky související s tímto tématem. Je zde charakterizována daňová soustava České republiky, konkrétně popsány daně, které daňovou soustavu tvoří, a následně vlivy daní na finanční rozhodování podniku. V praktické části je nejprve představen podnik PP servis a.s., který ochotně poskytl veškeré podklady pro vypracování této práce. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé daně, které má společnost povinnost odvádět, co spadá do základu daní, a návrhy jak si společnost může tyto základy optimalizovat. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení vlivů daní na finanční rozhodování společnosti PP servis a.s. a návrhy na opatření do dalších let.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on taxes in the Czech Republic and their influence on financial decisions of the company. It is divided into six main sections. The first four chapters provide theoretical knowledge related to this topic. The tax system of the Czech Republic is characterized there, specifically the taxes that make up the tax system, and consequently the influences of taxes on corporate financial decisions. In the practical part, the company PP servis a.s., which provided all the materials for the preparation of this thesis, is introduced. The following chapters describe the various taxes that the company has to pay, that fall into the tax base, and there are suggestions on how the company can optimize these tax bases. The conclusion includes evaluation of the influences of taxes on financial decisions of PP servis a.s. and proposals for next steps in the coming years.
