Abstract:

Obsahem této diplomové práce je průzkum současného stavu náboru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané technologické společnosti s cílem najít příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Teoretická část definuje náborový a adaptační proces s ohledem na specifika technologických společností a současný stav na trhu práce v IT segmentu. Praktická část zahrnuje představení technologické společnosti Livesport, popis současného stavu náboru a adaptace a následnou analýzu dat spojených s náborem a adaptací. Dále obsahuje vyhodnocení rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a vybranými recruitery z jiných technologických společností. Výsledkem jsou návrhy několika doporučení pro zlepšení náborového a adaptačního procesu ve společnosti Livesport.

Abstract:

The content of this thesis is a survey of the current state of recruitment and adaptation in a selected technological company with the aim of finding opportunities for improvement and subsequently proposing suitable suggestions and solutions. The theoretical part defines the recruitment and adaptation process with regard to the specifics of technological companies and the current state of the IT job market. The practical part includes an introduction of the technological company Livesport, a description of the current state, and subsequent analysis of data related to recruitment and adaptation. It also includes an evaluation of interviews with employees and selected recruiters from other technological companies. The result of these selected research methods is a proposal of several recommendations for improving the recruitment and adaptation process at Livesport.
