Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je „Policejní orgán v přípravném řízení“. V této práci popisuji postup policejního orgánu během této fáze trestního řízení, práva a povinnosti jednotlivých procesních stran. Téma jsem zvolil hlavně z důvodu, že veřejnost nemá o práci policistů představu, a proto se jí chci díky této práci pokusit ostatním přiblížit srozumitelnou formou. The topic of my bachelor thesis is „Police authority in preliminary proceedings“. I describe the process of police authority during this phase of criminal proceeding, rights and obligations of individual procedural subjects.
