Employees loyality in a nonbank sector
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá loajalitou zaměstnanců v nebankovním sektoru. Teoretická část se zabývá loajalitou a vztahy s pojmem loajalita. Dále jsou v práci popsány termíny motivace, komunikace, kariérní růst, odměňování, zaměstnanecké výhody a výběr zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsou výsledky výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci loajální k zaměstnavateli.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with employee loyalty in the non-banking sector. The theoretical part deals with loyalty and relationship with the concept of loyalty. Furthermore, the work describes the conditions of motivation, communication, career growth, romeneration, em-ployee benefits and selsction of employees.
