Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prohlídek prostor, v nichž je vykonávána advokacie. V jednotlivých kapitolách rozebírá vymezení základních pojmů. Hlavní důraz je pak kladen na popis celého průběhu prohlídky se všemi souvisejícími fázemi, a to včetně poznatků současné judikatury, která se problematiky dotýká.
