Diplomová práce se zabývá čtenářskou gramotností žáků 2. stupně základních škol v Ústeckém a Libereckém kraji. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů gramotnost a čtenářská gramotnost. Nahlíží do problematiky čtenářské gramotnosti v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu. Prezentuje návody, složky a projekty, které se podílejí na rozvoji čtenářské gramotnosti. The thesis deals with reading literacy of pupils in 2nd grade of the elementary schools in Ústí nad Labem and Liberec regions. The theoretical part focuses on notions of literacy and reading literacy. It looks into the issue of literacy in General educational program.
