Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce zní Systémy odměňování a jejich motivační účinek na zaměstnance v odvětví výroby a prodeje. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit jednotlivé systémy odměňování a jejich motivační účinek v odvětví výroby a prodeje a navrhnout změnu pro zvýšení motivačního efektu odměňování. Práce se opírá o odbornou literaturu související se zkoumanou problematikou jako je motivace, několik teorií motivace, motivační nástroje, odměňování, mzdový systém apod., která je obsáhlá v literární rešerši. Pro splnění zadaného cíle bylo využito několika metod, které též povedou i k zodpovězení sestavených výzkumných otázek. Šlo o metodu analyzování vnitropodnikových dokumentů, analýzu webových stránek, případovou studii, dotazníkové šetření, neřízený rozhovor, použití chí-kvadrátu testu nezávislosti a statistické zpracování dat. Výsledky jsou postaveny především na základě primárního zajištění dat, a to dotazníkového šetření u třech zvolených společností v odvětví výroby a prodeje. U jednotlivých firem proběhlo zaměření na specifikaci zaměstnanců ve firmě, jejich motivaci, odměňování a zaměstnanecké výhody, které jim jsou od zaměstnavatele poskytovány. Též byla zkoumaná závislost mezi pracovní pozicí a spokojeností v systému odměňování prostřednictvím zmíněného testu chí-kvadrát. Přínosem práce je nejen zefektivnění zavedeného systému odměňování, ale též slouží i jako vzor a poučení pro začínající společnosti, které se snaží nastavit fungující a správný systém odměňování díky kterému si dlouhodobě udrží kvalitní zaměstnance a zajistí si přednostní místo na trhu.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is Reward schemes and their motivational effect on employees in the manufacturing and sales sector. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the different reward schemes and their motivational effect in the manufacturing and sales sector and to suggest changes in order to increase the motivational effect of reward. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the technical literature related to the studied areas dealing with motivation, theories of motivation, motivational tools, reward schemes, wage system etc. Several methods have been used to meet the set objective. These methods will also lead to the answers to the research questions constructed. The methods used were the method of analysing internal company documents, website analysis, case study, questionnaire survey, unguided interview, use of chi-square test of independence and statistical processing of data. The conclusion is drawn mainly on the basis of processing of primary data sources, namely questionnaire survey of three selected companies in the manufacturing and sales sector. The research in each company focused on the specification of employees in the company, their motivation, remuneration and employee benefits provided by the employer. The relationship between job position and satisfaction in the reward system was also examined through the aforementioned chi-square test. The contribution of the paper is not only in improving the efficiency of the established remuneration systems, but it also serves as a model and a lesson for start-up companies that are trying to set up a functioning and correct remuneration system. This will help them retain high quality employees in the long term and secure a preferred place in the labour market.
