Tato práce se zabývá tématem dobrovolnictví. V teoretické části je definováno dobrovolnictví a s ním související pojmy. Důraz je kladen na metodiku práce s dobrovolníky. This thesis deals with the topic of volunteering. In theoretical part I defined volunteering and related terms. The emphasis is placed on methods of work with volunteers. The purpose of empirical part of this thesis was to find out how students of the University of Pardubice perceive volunteering and if they devote volunteerism.
