Social Deviation and Illegal Acts
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce vymezuje pojem deviace a její subsystém sociální deviace. Jsou zde uvedeny teorie sociálních deviací, poté je popsáno protiprávní jednání a následně vztah mezi sociální deviací a protiprávním jednáním obecně a vzhledem ke společenským změnám a změnám v právních úpravách.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis qualifies the terms deviation and its subsystem of social deviation. There are mentioned some theories of social deviations. Next there is described the illegal action and subsequently the relation between social deviation and illegal action in general and also in relation to social changes and the changes in legal modification.
