Two Years Old Children in Kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zařazení dvouletých dětí do mateřských škol. Teoretická část mapuje historii i současný stav předškolního vzdělávání v České republice i v Evropě, rozdíly mezi dvouletými a tříletými dětmi z pohledu vývojové psychologie a podmínky vzdělávání v mateřských školách, které by bylo nutné v případě vzdělávání dvouletých dětí upravit. Navržení úpravy kurikulárních dokumentů je součástí praktické části práce, která byla provedena jako akční výzkum. Návrh úpravy RVP PV vznikl díky poznatkům získaným v teoretické části práce, srovnáním a propojením dokumentů, z nichž lze při úpravě vycházet, a na základě pozorování v mateřské škole. Následně byly navrženy činnosti pro dvouleté děti, které byly vyzkoušeny v praxi. Získané poznatky byly vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of incorporating two-year-old children in preschools. The theoretical part looks at the history and the nowadays of pre school education in both the Czech Republic and Europe, at the differences between two-year-old and three-year old children from the perspective of developmental psychology, and at the conditions of pre-school education which would have to be modified in case of the education of two-year-old children. The practical part was accomplished in the form of an operational research and it proposes specific modifications of curriculum documents. The proposal of modifications for the Framework Educational Programme for Pre-school Education was founded on the information gained in the theoretical part, on the comparison and interconnection of the documents on which the modifications can be based, and on the observations in preschools. Activities for two-year-old children were then suggested which had been tested in practice. All the acquired information were evaluated.
