Práce se bude zaměřovat na analýzu platné právní úpravy a navrhne případné změny ke zlepšení. Jsou zde vysvětleny definice, srovnání a základní pojmy, jsou charakterizovány postupy veřejné správy při nakládání s majetkem a také jejich schvalování podle legislativy a kontrola. The thesis will focus on analyzing the current legal framework and propose potential changes for improvement. It explains definitions, comparisons, and basic concepts, characterizes procedures of public administration in handling assets, as well as their approval according to legislation and supervision.
