Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je zjištění nejčetnějších rizik hrozících osobám ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Práce je rozdělena do třech částí. The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is the identification of the most high-risk persons serving a prison sentence. The work is divided into three parts. The Czech prison system is described in the introduction to the theoretical part of the thesis. The work then deals with specific risks.
