The Settlement Area of Middle and Late Bronze Age in Přáslavice

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá sídelním areálem střední a mladší doby bronzové u obce Přáslavice, okr. Olomouc, odkrytým záchranným výzkumem v letech 1995-1996. Cílem práce je stanovení vnitřní struktury areálu na základě vypracování chronologie keramiky, několika datovatelných bronzových předmětů a rámcově datovatelných sídlištních struktur (půdorysy domů, příkop, hroby a sídlištní objekty). Výsledkem je definování čtyř horizontů osídlení (střední stupeň mohylové kultury, mladší stupeň mohylové kultury, přechodný mohylovo-lužický stupeň, lužická fáze KLPP), a tedy i čtyř časově a prostorově navazujících sídelních areálů s komponentami obytnou, pohřební, obecně hospodářskou, výrobní, zásobní a odpadní. Z metod jsou využity: GIS (GM Professional), statistické analýzy základního souboru keramiky a tradiční typologie. Materiál reprezentující vyčleněné horizonty osídlení dovoluje tuto lokalitu synchronizovat s vývojem v okolních regionech. Přináší důležité nálezové celky pro střední, mladší a přechodný stupeň mohylové kultury, která náleží podle autorky k středodunajské mohylové kultuře. V závěru je lokalita hodnocena jako běžné zemědělské sídliště ukazující kontinuitu vývoje mezi střední a mladší dobou bronzovou na střední Moravě.

Abstract:

The thesis dials with the settlement area of Middle and Late Bronze Age in Přáslavice, dis. Olomouc, excavated during the archaeological rescue excavation in the years 1995-1996. The aim of the work is the determination of the inside structure of the settlement area based on the chronology of the ceramic, dating of some bronze artefacts and feasible dating of the settlement structures (houses platforms, ditch, burials and settlement objects). As the issue four horizons of settlement (the middle and young degree of Tumulus culture, the transitional Tumulus-Lausitz degree, and Lausitz degree of Lausitz Urnfield period) and thus four settlement areas connecting in time and space with residential, mortuary, economic, storage, industrial and refuse component are defined. The methods used are: GIS (GM Professional), statistic analysis of the base ceramic choice and traditional typology. The ceramic material representing the detached settlement horizons makes it possible to synchronies the site with the development in surround regions. According to the Authors meaning The Tumulus Culture in middle Moravia belongs to the Middle Danube Tumulus Culture. In the conclusions the site is rated as an ordinary farm settlement indicating the continuity of the development between the Middle Bronze Age and Late Bronze Age in the Middle Moravia.
