Abstract:

Peřinová, A. Dopady zrušení superhrubé mzdy. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se věnuje stanovení dopadu zrušení superhrubé mzdy na vybrané skupiny obyvatelstva a na veřejné finance. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá vymezením problematiky daňového systému, také vymezením fungování státního rozpočtu. Dále se věnuje dani z příjmů fyzických osob, jejíž vymezení je důležité pro definování problematiky ohledně superhrubé mzdy. Další část bakalářské práce je již věnována stanovení konkrétních dopadů na jednotlivé příjmové skupiny obyvatelstva a také dopadů na příjmy veřejných rozpočtů. V práci je také připojeno dotazníkové šetření, které se zabývalo tématem zrušení superhrubé mzdy. Na závěr jsou dopady zrušení superhrubé mzdy shrnuty a zhodnoceny.

The bachelor thesis deals with the determining of the impact of the abolition of the super-gross wage on selected groups of the population and on public financ-es. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the definition of the tax system, as well as the definition of the functioning of the state budget. It also deals with personal income tax, the definition of which is important for defining the issue of super-gross wage. The second part of the bachelor thesis is already devoted to determining the specific impacts on individual income groups and also on the impacts on public budget revenues. The thesis also includes a questionnaire survey, which delt with the topic of abolition of super-gross wage. Finally, the effects of the abolition of the super-gross wage are summarized and evaluated.
