Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením vnitropodnikových směrnic pro firmu Heat Transfer Systems s.r.o., kterými se bude řídit jako účetní jednotka. Východiskem byly zastaralé stávající směrnice, které neplnily již dva roky svoji funkci a byly předmětem námitek ve zprávě auditora při auditované účetní závěrce. This bachelor{\crq}s work is going into formation of guidelines for the company Heat Transfer Systems Ltd., the company`s accounting unit will follow these guidelines. The existing guidelines were out-of-date and had been failing their functions for 2 years, The auditor had objections.
