Bakalářská práce zkoumá tvorbu skladatele Alfreda Schnittkeho z perspektivy Západu a Východu. Práce odhaluje vztah k Schnittkeho tvorbě v éře SSSR, vliv politického kontextu na skladatele i vnímání Schnittkeho tvorby západními muzikology a veřejností. The bachelor thesis explores the work of the composer Alfred Schnittke from the perspective of the West and the East. The thesis reveals the attitude to Schnittke's work in the USSR era, the influence of the political context on composers and the perception of Schnittke's work by Western musicologists and the public.
