The Position and Role of theOffice of the Government Representation in Property Affairs
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje postavení a roli Úřadu pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových v systému veřejné správy nejprve z pohledu ochrany veřejného zájmu, jelikož patří mezi jeho ochránce. Dále je pak uvedena historie a vývoj ÚZSVM společně se srovnáním s evropskými protějšky ÚZSVM.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the position and role of the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs in organisation of public service, firstly from the perspective of its belongings into a group of „Authorities protecting public interests“. Further there is a historical summary of the OGRPA and its development together with international comparison with similar institutions in Europe.
