Historie a současnost problematiky státního občanství na našem území

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá především historií a současností problematiky státního občanství na našem území, tedy na území České republiky. První část pojednává o obecné problematice státního občanství. V další kapitole věnuji pozornost nabývání a pozbývání státního občanství všeobecně. Poté navazují kapituly zahrnující Československé státní občanství v navazujících časových intervalech.
Abstract:
The work deals mainly with the history and present issues of citizenship in our territory, the territory of the Czech Republic. The firsth part deals with general issues of citizenship. In the next chapters pay attentions to the acquisition and loss of citizenship in general. Then follows chapter covering Czechoslovak citizenship in successive time intervals.
