Tato diplomová práce se zabývá subjekty kolektivního pracovního práva, zejména z pohledu jejich vzniku a právního postavení. Autor se nejprve snaží definovat kolektivní pracovní právo jako celek, poté se zaměřuje na charakteristiku jednotlivých subjektů. This master thesis deals with the subjects of the Collective Labour Law, especially deals with their estabilshment and legal position. In the first part author makes efforts to do a definition of the Collective Labour Law as a whole. In the second part he focuses on the characterization of the subjects separately.
