Consistency between international accounting standards of public administration with the Czech accounting municipalities, cities and counties

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Soulad mezinárodních účetních standardů veřejné správy s českým účetnictvím obcí, měst a krajů“ je rozborem mezinárodních účetních standardů a následným posouzením shodných a rozdílných znaků. První část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku veřejného sektoru a na české účetní předpisy závazné pro veřejný sektor. Dále následuje charakteristika jednotlivých ustanovení Příručky mezinárodních účetních standardů pro veřejný sektor. Druhá část vzájemně porovnává české účetní předpisy obcí, měst a krajů s mezinárodními účetními standardy veřejné správy a popisuje vzájemný soulad a nesoulad. Závěrem je stručné shrnutí společných a rozdílných znaků.

Abstract:

he thesis name is "Public Administration International Accountants Standards Concordance With The Accountants Of Czech Municipalities". The subject of the thesis is an analysis of international accountants standards followed by the evaluation of consensual and different parameters. The first part is focused on public sector characteristic and on Czech accountants regulations, which are obligatory for the public sector. Than follows the characteristics of the individual regulations given in the "International Accountants standards for public sector". The second part compares Czech accountants regulations for municipalities against international accontants standards for public administration and describes the mutual consonance and inconsonance. The conclusion is the brief summary of common and different parameters of each system.
