Práca sa zaoberá preferenciou farieb a preferenciou určitej tímovej role podľa koncepcie M.R.Belbina. Cieľom práce je popísať a overiť vzťah medzi preferenciou farby a preferenciou určitého vzorca chovania - tímovej role. Farbu v určitom prostredí vnímame ako dobrý a najmä rýchly zdroj informácií.
