Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem fúzí, které je dlouhodobě častým předmětem diskuzí v odborné literatuře. The thesis deals with mergers, which has been the subject of frequent discussion in the literature. From many studies, and indeed from a survey carried out in the practical part of this thesis, shows that most mergers end in failure.
