Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnání trainee programů ve dvou vybraných organizacích s cílem zhodnotit uplatňované postupy, určit prostor pro zlepšení a navrhnout možná řešení. Část teoretická definuje zabezpečování lidských zdrojů a využití trainee progra-mů. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of trainee programs in two selected organizations in order to evaluate their applied procedures, determine the room for im-provement and suggest possible solutions. The theoretical part defines the provision of human resources and the use of trainee programs.
