New trends in production management for electrical engineering industry
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na současné metody řízení výroby v elektrotechnickém průmyslu s ohledem na koncept Průmysl 4.0. Dále se práce zabývá reakcí výrobních společností na aktuální situaci ve světě a nové trendy v řízení výroby. Součástí práce je případová studie ve společnosti Elektra Týn s.r.o.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with current methods of manufacturing management in the electrical industry. It is particularly focused on the influence of Industry 4.0. This thesis also deals with the reaction of manufacturing companies to the actual political and economical situation in the world and describes new trends in manufacturing management.
