Abstract:
Práce je věnována charakterizaci Parkinsonovy choroby, kde na začátku byla řešena její historie a anatomie extrapyramidového systému. Dále se práce zabývá rizikovými faktory pro vznik choroby, možnými příčinami a popisem klinického obrazu. Poslední část zahrnuje diagnostické metody a možnosti terapie.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is about the characterization of Parkinson's disease, whose beginning dealt with its history and the anatomy of the extrapyramidal system. The thesis also deals with risk factors for the causing of the disease, the possible causes and the clinical description of it. The last part includes diagnostic methods and treatment possibilities.
