Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit jaký vliv má práce z domu na hodnocení podnikové kultury. Teoretická část pojednává o odborných poznatcích podnikové kultury, zahrnující její rozdílné chápání, význam, změnu a výzkum a o práci na dálku, především pak v době pandemie Covid-19. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out what influence work from home has on the evaluation of organizational culture.
