Analysis of the marketing strategy of the travel movement of the city Luhacovice

Abstract:

Důvodem tvorby bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu strategie za účelem rozvoje cestovního ruchu města Luhačovice a navrhnout, jak daný stav zlepšit. Po úvodu následuje obecný postup obsahující teoretické podklady čerpány z odborné literatury, která se vztahuje k danému tématu, včetně výkladů problematiky cestovního ruchu. Následující části mé bakalářské práce představuje město Luhačovice a popisuje jeho současnou turistickou nabídku. V analytické části je provedena situační analýza popisující současný stav marketingové strategie Luhačovic ve vztahu k cestovnímu ruchu včetně vyhodnocení situační analýzy pro zjištění současné strategické pozice města v oblasti turismu a lázeňství. V poslední části bakalářské práce je vytvořen návrh marketingové strategie cestovního ruchu města Luhačovice, jako ucelený dokument. Vycházející ze závěrů situační analýzy.

Abstract:

My first thesis was based on strategy suggestion to develope and improve tourism in the town of Luhačovice. The introduction is followed by a chapter dealing with the general approach to the topic as mentioned in the various literature readings and which explains the problems within tourism. The next part of my thesis introduces the town of Luhačovice and describes the present tourism situation. An analysis was made of the present marketing strategy the town has for tourism and it evaluates the present state. The concluding part of the thesis proposes new marketing strategies for tourism in Luhačovice using the results of the situation analysis.
