Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti hypotečních úvěrů pro fyzické osoby. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy nabídek vybraných bank, vybrat dle předem zvolených kritérií nejvýhodnější nabídku hypotečního úvěru pro nadefinovanou modelovou situaci. Abstract:
The bachelor work is dedicated to area of mortgage loans for personal entities. The goal of this work is to analyze the bids selected banks choose according to preselected criteria the best offer mortgage loan to define a model situation.
