Diplomová práce se zabývá patogenními bakteriemi Arcobacter spp. Práce shrnuje základní informace o těchto bakteriích, jejich výskyt, možnosti izolace a identifikace. Cílem práce bylo izolovat tyto bakterie z různých vzorků a následně je identifikovat pomocí metody multiplex-PCR. Vybrané bakterie byly testovány z hlediska citlivost/rezistenci k antibiotikům. Abstract:
The master thesis deals with pathogenic bacteria Arcobacter spp. The thesis summarizes basic information about these bacteria, their occurrence, possibilities of isolation and identification. The goal of this study was isolation of these bacteria from various samples and their identification by the multiplex-PCR method.
