Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací používání osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků ve vybrané organizaci, která se zaměřuje na výrobu zvedacích plošin pro imobilní osoby. This bachelor thesis deals with the motivation for the use of perosnal protective equipment in a selected organization that focuses on production of lifting platforms for immobile persons. The theoretical part first defines the meaning of motivation and then discusses the topic of occupational health and safety.
