Predmetom diplomovej práce „Společný daňový základ a jeho vliv na přeshraniční fúze“ je analýza zmien, ktoré by vyvolalo prijatie Smernice o spoločnom daňovom základe dane z príjmov právnických osôb na cezhraničné fúzie v rámci EÚ.
