New electroactive markers in electrochemical analysis of DNA
Abstract:
Tato bakalářské práci se zabývá elektrochemickým chování nových typů dNTP modifikovaných různými elektroaktivními skupinami. Dále se věnuje jejich inkorporacím do DNA pomocí enzymů a studuje vliv těchto inkorporací na elektrochemickém chování takto modifikovaných molekul.
Abstract:
The subject of the presented bachelor thesis is electrochemical behavior of new types of dNTPs modified by various electroactive groups. In addition, I study how to incorporate them into DNA by enzymes and the effect of the incorporation on the electrochemical behavior of such modified molecules.
