Entry to the business sector based on analysis of concentration

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování modelového podkladu pro rozhodnutí o vstupu nového síťového mobilního operátora do odvětví telekomunikačních činností. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu prostředí odvětví telekomunikačních činností a na modelaci vstupu potenciálního podniku do tohoto odvětví. V souvislosti s analýzou odvětví telekomunikačních činností jsou v literárně-rešeršní rovině vysvětleny pojmy odvětví a konkurence. V rámci analýzy odvětví jsou uvedeny základní informace o firmách působících v daném odvětví, je provedena koncentrační analýza, jsou zjištěny bariéry vstupu do odvětví, je vypracována PEST analýza a analýza absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů. Ve spojitosti s modelací vstupu potenciálního podniku do odvětví je charakterizován vstupující podnik a parametry investice včetně výpočtu efektivnosti investice. V rámci modelace vstupu do odvětví je také zkoumáno narušení odvětví novým operátorem. Závěrem jsou shrnuty provedené analýzy a je vysloveno rozhodnutí o vstupu do odvětví.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is creation of model material to make a decision of entry new mobile network operator to the telecommunication sector. The thesis focuses on analysis of surroundings of the telecommunication sector and model of entry new mobile network operator to the telecommunication sector. The beginning of the theoretical part is focused on explanation of the business sector and competition. In connection with analysis of surroundings of the telecommunication sector is introduced basic information about company of the telecommunication sector. There is also made concentration analysis, analysis of entry barriers, PEST analysis, analysis of absolute and relative ratios. In connection with model of entry of potential company to the business sector is characterized entering company, investment specification and evaluation. Within model of entry to the business sector is also explore disturbing the business sector by new mobile network operator. In conclusion of the thesis are summarized accomplished analysis and there is also expressed decision of entry to the telecommunication sector.
